Rev. Andrew Cheairs & The Songbirds

Rev. Andrew Cheairs and The Songbirds have been singing God praises for many years. The one constant in this group is their dedication to spreading the Word in song. This is a family group.

The members of the group are Rev. Andrew Cheairs, his sisters Anjelina and Patricia Chears, and his cousin Priscilla Polk. Additional family members are Randy Polk, Andrew K. Cheairs and Maurice “Boo” Cheairs.

This group has ministered to people around the country. It is certain that every time they hit the stage, you are going to get a song service full of praise and worship. They will certainly leave you wanting more. Known for the energy they bring to the stage, this group, like non other, will have you out of your seat, on your feet, and clapping your hand while sending up praises to our Lord and Savoir.

The group is not new to the gospel music industry.  They have released studio recordings as well as some of the best live gospel recording ever to be presented to the public.

They released Live In Mississippi in 1997. In 1999, the Songbirds released the CD He Will Provide. In 2003, they release one of their best recordings to date – I’ve Been There. And their new CD Make Up Your Mind was just released. This new CD was recorded live at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.
